Well it looks like another part of the internet is about to come under government regulation, as if there is not enough already. The Federal Trade Commission is looking at making new regulations for controlling advertising on the web. As part of its review of advertising guidelines the FTC is planning some changes that may affect online word-of-mouth bloggers, and social media marketers this includes many from Facebook and twitter.
